Stewart's Scholars Scholarship Program
Show Leadership! Give Blood…Give Life…

This scholarship was established to recognize excellence in participation in the high school blood drive program with Stewart Regional Blood Center. High school students donated approximately 20% of the blood collected annually in our service area. Stewart’s Scholars plays a vital role in encouraging donors to begin donating at a young age and through the education of their donation process will hopefully procure a life-long blood donor for the future.
Donating blood is the first legal decision a student can make and we thank those students who step up to the plate and offer a life-saving gift. This scholarship will be awarded to an East Texas graduating senior, within the 24-county region served by Stewart Regional Blood Center, who plans on attending a post-secondary institution (e.g. colleges, universities, community colleges, institutions or technical centers).
