Indefinite Disqualifications

- AIDS/HIV infection or exposure risk factors.
- History of heart attack/stroke.
- History of illicit drug use, including steroids, using a needle.
- Human growth hormone injections prior to 1990.
- Viral hepatitis on or after the 11th birthday.
- Since 1980, ever lived in, or traveled to Europe?
- From 1980 through 1996, spent time that adds up to 3-months or more in the U.K. (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, Gibraltar, or the Falkland Islands)?
- Since 1980, received a transfusion of blood, platelets, plasma, cryoprecipitate, or granulocytes in the U.K. (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, Gibraltar, or the Falkland Islands)?
- Since 1980, spent time that adds up to 5-years or more in Europe (Including time spent in the U.K. from 1980 through 1996)?
- From 1980 through 1990, spent a total time of 6-months or more associated with a military base in Belgium, The Netherlands or Germany?
- From 1980 through 1996, spent a total time of 6-months or more associated with a military base in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Italy or Greece?
